MODERN HAMPTONS STYLE
Modern Hamptons interior design blends relaxed coastal elegance with contemporary sophistication. Light, neutral colour palettes are layered with soft blues, while classic elements such as shaker cabinetry and panelled detailing are reimagined with clean lines and modern finishes. Natural materials including timber, stone and rattan are paired with brushed brass or aged nickel hardware and lighting, creating spaces that feel timeless, welcoming and effortlessly liveable.
VICTORIAN TERRACE PROJECT
The Brief: Extend and rework the existing two-storey floorplan to create open-plan living, a new master suite, an additional upstairs bathroom and living area, and a contemporary kitchen.
Design Features: A Modern Hamptons aesthetic reflects the clients’ palette of blues, neutrals and natural textures. Shaker cabinetry and brass fittings add vintage character to the kitchen, while a Japanese mural brings drama to the dining area. Three large sky windows flood the kitchen, stairwell and cinema room with natural light. Existing heritage fireplaces were retained in the master suite and upstairs living room. A modern real flame electric fireplace and custom oak wine bar create a warm, social living space.
